Thanks Momma for your words of wisdom and clarification. I believe in God, but not in man. The Bible even tells us to beware of false witnesses.

The point of me writing these posts is not to question God, but to bring about an awareness and a tolerance among people of all faiths. There are lots and lots of religions and some just don't seem to gel together. Why is that? Does this have anything to do with faith in God?

I also did write a vague post about 2012. I see that you believe that it will be an enlightening period, a time of change; a spiritual growth in mankind? It looks as if we are heading in that direction now.

Thanks again for your strong words of faith and understanding, as you know it to be.

It is very simple. GOD is the GOD of the universe, everyone and everything, he is the very same GOD that all religions worship, just by different names. HE is the great I AM, omnipotent, omnipitent, omnipresent. Religion can be defined, it's not religion that's important it's FAITH, and anyone who knows GOD and does not discuss HIM, does not do the Lord's work for those in need (as we may be the only Jesus some people see) well, I think you see what I am getting at.
GOD created the heavens and the earth and math too, so Alex can equate all he would like, but on December 21, 2012 we will all see GOD in his awesomeness and life as we know it will be changed forever.

I am sorry if that comes off as harsh words, but GOD is the Father and I love HIM, if it were not for HIM, nI would not be here today and I am passionate about that. I do respect others and their opinions and keep an open mind, but as for me and my family, we know the Lord and must abide by HIS rules. My husband is a Minister, I am a Missionary, my in laws are Pastors, etc...

Thats a very good observation. Ridiculous, there's no excuse.
I'd bet it was a staff members idea of a joke.

Hey, I like the way you think! The mind is an amazing thing! I can so relate to this shyness business. I am still shy. But like you, writing is a great release for me. I seem to find the exact words for what I am feeling and have been writing my thoughts, feelings, expressions and poems since I was quite young. Had I not been such a procrastinator I may have been an author by now. I am getting better! Thanks

If you want to start a savings program. Now is always the time to do it.

Starting something today is always better than starting something tommorrow.

Don't worry; I get the same way (though it's funny 'cause I'll get p*ssed at someone else if they huff and puff while I'm digging out change *g*).

I believe that there is some state of being after death. Maybe life in another form. I don't think that there is hell, but there has to be some form of punishment for evil.

It was hectic Wilma, but all iin all, everyone was orderly, polite and courteous. If Barnes and Noble would have turned on the AC, I might have stayed longer. Thanks for the comment.
